Mac & Cheese

Here is a variation of my Grammy Whitcomb's Mac & Cheese:

8 oz Cooked Macaroni
16 oz cottage cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 egg
16 oz shredded cheese
Dash of salt & pepper
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

Combine first six ingredients, save some of the cheese, about 4 oz or
1 cup. Put mixture in a greased caserole dish and then put the left
over cheese on top and then panko bread crumbs. Cook at 350 for 45
minutes.

If you want to change things up, you can add in a diced jalapeño and
or a dice onion.
